Just no. You say that like there isn't a million & one areas to hide in the redline where snipers can not hit you. See, while this silly rocket can fly straight up, and look for enemies behind cover, snipers don't have the same privilege. And to replace swarms? So what, while I'm being fired upon by an ADS, I'm supposed to stay still with a first person rocket flying around trying to hit a ship out of the sky? Your taking the name of an AV weapon and changing it's function to serve as a girly-tactic AP weapon and saying it would be fine. It would serve absolutely no place in an actual competitive battle, just add one more way for people to run away and hide in imbalanced matches. I don't think berries need any more reason to hide in the redline.
